Start -- Find -- Files or Folders 1. First try by Name; enter your grandson's name and Look in C: 2. Next try by Containing Text; type something your know was in the file. Probably was stored in MyDocuments if you used Notepad default Save Start -- Documents -- MyDocuments Might also look in the Recycle bin to see if you accidently erased it. If it is not permanently removed you can restore the file. You might also try a program like Back2Life or undelete http://altnet.ru/~almk/Back2Life/ Undelete is a MS-DOS program so you would need to start Windows in MS-DOS mode.
