The recommendation by Gerald Boyd to a query for a personal firewall of Zone
Alarm leads me to ask a question.
I now run Zone Alarm Pro and frequently check the alarms I recieve.
Recently I have been getting some and when checking the Whois I find the
message No Report Found.
However when clicking on the map a location is found.
How therefore can these IP addresses be found so that if needed an abuse
copmplaint can be made.
