I've had great experiences with all their monitors, crt's and lcd's alike. But all their hard drives, cd drives and dvd drives have been problematic. I have a client whose dvd drive 99% of the time wouldn't engage. I've been using Pioneer drives quite happily, and I hear Toshiba is similar to Pioneer.
