Probably a "cookie" problem. Web sites (Amazon.com, HotMail, Yahoo Mail, 
MP3.com, and the NYTimes.com) use cookies to authenticate users and/or 
store private information.

IE6
Tools -- Internet Options -- Security tab
Click on Internet (the globe)
Move slider to medium
Click on Custom level button
Click on Reset button
Click OK to close Security Settings
Click Apply to Internet Options

Also check to see if the site is in Trusted or Restricted
Click on the Icon and read message under Sites button
