I sent a message to this list a few weeks back and never seen a reply. Does anyone know anything about security device or dongles used with graphic programs. I am having trouble with a parallel one. Everything seems to be set up okay with my pc. But when I go into standby and return out of it, the error dongle not found comes up. I then have to restart the computer to get it to see the thing.
The program works good if not going into standby. What I am trying to find out is if there is some setting I need to look at in power management settings in the bios. It seems it should work. I run win98. Some people using this program say they are able to use standby okay. Some are not. If you have any advice, I would appreciate it.
