Sorry. I explained this problem before, but if you were not interested (at the time) I guess you missed it....
At some point a week or so ago, probably after installing a patch, a version of IE60 running on an XP Pro computer started showing blank windows when you opened a new window (or pop-up) from the original window - you know the kind that open while leaving the original opened.
