I know this is going to sound strange, but does anyone know how I can force call waiting to interrupt my connection to my ISP?
I do not use *70 to disable call waiting. I put the following in the extra settings of my modem, ATS10=1 thinking that any interruption more than one tenth of a second would disconnect me but it does not. When someone calls me the person calling just gets the ringing sound and nothing happens on my end. Am I going to have to break down and buy something like the Catch-A-Call device?
