Gator is invisibly attached to many things you download from the
internet. *Sometimes* there is a small option hidden somewhere in the
install that lets you opt out of receiving gator and sometimes there
isn't

This is the best I could find on removing Gator. Fortunately for me,
I've never gotten gator so I don't know how well this works:

I am curious about Gator which keeps appearing as spyware when I

from???
