Just hold down either the SHIFT or the CTRL key when clicking on a link you want to open. Popup Stopper will keep the unwanted links from opening. However, that Gator is another persistent Animal that can sneak in on another program. To get rid of it, run Ad-Aware, which will find the sources outside of the system registry. Delete these finds. Next, to remove the GATOR from your registry is a bit time consuming. Run REGEDIT Click EDIT - FIND and type in GATOR Caution. . .make sure that the GATOR findings pertain to the GATOR spyware, because the Editor will probably find Gator names in some of your legitimate system files. Just delete the findings and Press F3 to continue the process until you get the message, NO More Files found. There will probably be about a 100 or so of these Gator hits. So, don't be discouraged. . .Close the Registry and reboot, You should have the Gator in shackles and leg irons now.
