Hello Friends,

I am running MS Office 2000, and I use the contact list in Outlook
constantly! It has worked fine ever since I first installed it a couple of
years ago. Now today all of a sudden, this problem has appeared:

I open Outlook and go into the "Contacts" folder. I click on the drop down
box (near the top) to enter the name of the contact I want to open. Here's
the message I get:

OUTLOOK has caused an invalid page fault in
                module MSO9.dll at 0167:308c9d6b.

Here's what I've done so far:

                1. Ran the REPAIR function off the Office 2000 CD
                2. Uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2000
                3. Updated Windows 98

Nothing seems to work!! Any other ideas........

Thanks,

Janet
