Glen! All those angle brackets have to go. :)

I have been giving some thought to your problem and I believe that is 50%
OS based and 50% ISP based. Let's start with your ISP. An error that you
are receiving originates in a misconconfigured IIS Server at the ISP
level. So the error will occur hourly or any other denomination of time
the Admin at the ISP has setup for their particular activity to occur
resulting in that error 7031.

Now lets deal with your auto-booting activity when the error is thrown back
to you. My best guess would be that in your Startup/Recovery area of your
Windows 2000 Pro you have Automatically Reboot. If so uncheck it and that
should take care of your problem on the system side. Your ISP is aware of
the problem but it may be their version of IIS that needs to be upgraded
and or patched.

I myself have chosen to select "none" under the "write debugging
information" on that particular screen. But no matter just uncheck
Automatically Reboot

Hope this is your answer.
