Clint, This will give you a DOS Icon on your Start Menu, which
you click and the system will Boot-down and restart in FULL DOS mode.
So, there's NO slow down with booting.
Be sure to follow all instructions precisely, as I had to do a couple tries
before I had things up and going. . .Duh!!!
Really works great.

Thanks Ed. Will this give you a dual boot menu that will
slow down boot times and something must be selected from it
to continue, or will it give you a 'key' of some kind to hit
to enter into DOS or a command prompt (like F8 or F5 did in
98)? What I need, is a way to get to the command prompt by
simply hitting a key without having to use a boot disk.

Clint, Try this Win-ME DOS link:
http://www.mvps.org/dts/WinME_DOS/Win-ME.htm
I have been using it with Win-ME as a dual boot to
Win98 DOS and it works great.
Just follow the instructions for creating the DOS
from your Win98 CD and enjoy!
