Yes, I have tried the Compatability Wizard. Could you please direct me to (simplified) instructions for installing a separate Win98 partition. Thanks! Lynda
**************************************************************************** ** One of our sign software programs doesn't work properly since upgrading to XP and the solution given by the software seller is to use Windows 98. We have a a 1.19 GHz AMD processor, 256 RAM, 40GB Hard drive. So...guess there's no way to use both XP and 98 on one system...is the only solution purchasing a separate system with 98 just for this sign software? *************************************************************************** Have you tried the Program Compatability Wizard? I haven't had a need for it, but it is allegedly very good. To start the Program Compatibility Wizard, click Start, click Help and Support, click Find compatible hardware and software for Windows XP, and then, under See Also in the navigation pane, click Program Compatibility Wizard. You could also install a separate Win98 partition.
