Ok all, I need a bit of help.
I have been having an issue lately on my machine and haven't been able to
track down the problem yet.
I've sent some emails to some lists, and get a message in my inbox about the
message failing to be delivered to an address. At first, I chalked it up to
someone on the list setting up a fake email address (the first one was
[EMAIL PROTECTED]) and trying to get addresses from the list, then
abandoning the account and never unsubbing.
But after getting a message or two when sending email to friends, I started
wondering if there was something on my machine that might be sending out a
message at the same time my intended email goes out.
So I did a AV Scan, ran Ad-Aware, and the tried Spybot Search & Destroy.
Other than the Backweb stuff installed by Western Digital LifeGuard, nothing
came back.
Anyone have any ideas of what might be causing this, or what to look for?
I'm stumped.
Below is one of the examples I'm talking about if you need to look at the
message. I removed all but the offending email addresses/Names for obvious
reasons.
