You must be new to v*ruses and email. :) This is normal. Klez and the like are not vir*ses, but W*rms, and they cannot be "repaired" by NAV since nothing was done, they didn't do anything. It also normal for the emails to look the way they do, this is what the wo*ms do, they add that ridiculous text to make those that don't know anything about email open them, thinking they are from "friends" when they are not.
Also you cannot reply to these emails since the sender is the W*RM, and NOT the persons. It generates fake return email addresses. The ONLY way to know whom they are really from is (like an email I just posted said), look at the FULL headers. There is nothing that can be done about this ever growing problem. This is price we all pay for ignorance of email; imbeciles opening anything they get, and not using an AV program or ever updating it. Thanks to them, we have to suffer for the (in my case) 30+ 'infected' emails we receive each day for years now. I've said many times, internet access should NOT be given without having to pass a test of some kind proving the new PC user knows enough about email to stop the mass propagation of these harassing malicious codes. ALL ISP's should be required to give tests to ALL potential customers before net access is given. This is the only way to stop this ever spreading mass epidemic of v*ruses and w*rms. But they don't, it's just: "here, here is your new computer with full internet access...have fun!" You need a license to drive a car, one should also be required to use a computer.......IMO, or at least a MANDATORY requirement for antiv*rus software. "CyberTerrorism" is growing at geometric proportions and it's all due to ignorance. (Please don't add "RE" to a new original email, "RE" Is added automatically in REplies, and it's confusing to those who want to answer your email; they think someone has already REplied).
