Helene, Next time you get a vir**, go to Norton's home page and search for it's name...you will learn a lot. There is no way to stop from getting these messages and now sometimes no way to find the person that is infected that the message came from. The vir** also uses an email from the infected user, changes the mail from header and sends it out. Something we have to live with if you wish to be on the Internet. Just remember, even if Norton does not stop an attachment, does not mean the attachment is safe. I had received about 30 infected emails before Norton had the update for this latest one. I have no way of knowing who those messages came from. Jeff
