Helene,
Next time you get a vir**, go to Norton's home page and search for it's name...you
will learn a lot.
There is no way to stop from getting these messages and now sometimes no way to
find the person that is infected that the message came from.
The vir** also uses an email from the infected user, changes the mail from header
and sends it out.
Something we have to live with if you wish to be on the Internet.
Just remember, even if Norton does not stop an attachment, does not mean the
attachment is safe.
I had received about 30 infected emails before Norton had the update for this
latest one.
I have no way of knowing who those messages came from.

Hi..

All my emails .. are scanned coming in.. and going out. with Norton
Systems works.. 2002.. .

The last few days.. they're picking up various vir** .. the klez, and
another one?? thats out there.. Norton says. it cant be fixed. do I want
to quaranteen it. I say YES, and they I'm able to delete it. My vi**
scans are done regularly.. and my live updates are all up to date.. I
have no vir** on my computer.. I even checked in my C-drive.

My question is two-fold.. One, how do I stop this from happening, as I'm
getting the emails(without the attachements).. after Norton cleans them
up. and they're obviously meant for some other people. as they're
talking about their lives, etc.. I dont' know these people. and I would
like it to stop.. I've even tried writing to them. and it's
undeliverable..

Thanks
Helene
