The Spam Watch link is found on all the consumer product pages at Symantec.

The email header I received from the page submission came from the Symantec mail server.

Yes...I saw that....but I see no reference there to this particular
offer.  I still think this one was legit.  I ordered the product, just
to see, and the email I got back from them appears to be a legitimate
email from Symantec.  I think that Spam Watch thing is just a promotion
for their anti-spam software, no?  As far as I can see, there is no
mention there of this offer being spam from someone other than Symantec.
