Hi Patricia,

For future reference, you might like to download the graphics viewer called IrfanView. As far as I know it is still a free program and it will handle just about any graphic image you can throw at it. You can find it here:
http://www.irfanview.com/

It is an easy install and you might want to get the plugins at the same time. Also easy to install.
