It may be an extensions conflict, try booting with extensions off (I think you hold down "shift" while booting). If that doesn't work then you may have to boot off the System CDI have a Imac in that when the customer loaded zip drive program the computer rebooted and now stops at the loading page. Can anyone tell me a way to diagnose this or maybe even fix this thing..rich
