Just a follow up to let everyone know I got it working again. I ran disk cleanup first and on a whim, checked the .bmp file extension again. I had IrfanView opening the file, but another older program (ADSee I think) did some printing/editing tasks for it and I just deleted them. I then created another for view, and set IE as the default. Works fine now. Thanks for the ideas all.
Clint, I guess it would have helped a little bit to include the OS, since it DOES make a slight difference in the steps. Something I sometimes forget to add. :) Thomas > This happened with me using 5.5. It happened before I knew > about how to thoroughly clean my computer using the *.* > method.
