There was one that I used, but cannot recall the name of, that allowed me to easily organize my bookmarks in either Netscape, or Internet Explorer, and would even allow me to copy the bookmarks from one to the other. Just check out www.download.com for utilities, some of them are free to use. The bookmarks are located in the "Favorites" folder, but where this is at is OS dependent.
