Do you have the IDE ports disabled (PRI if nothing is on it) and the boot sequence correct in the BIOS? Those boards have a pretty particular BIOS. Try setting the boot sequence to EITHER or BOTH: first boot device "other device" and or "SCSI controller" or similar controller may be listed. -Clint
