Do you have your web divided into folders? If so, you can just right click on any folder and choose "Convert to Web"....this will make it a "subweb"...then when you publish your web, there's a box that says "include subwebs"....if you uncheck that, FP will only publish the main web....or you can go into any of the subwebs and publish just that subweb
This makes publishing much faster since FP doesn't have to index the whole 44MB However, if you don't already use folders to organize your web, you would have to make them and move some files into them....however, this would change any links people have to these pages from outside your web (FP would automatically fix the internal ones so you shouldn't have to worry about that)....so, you might want to make redirect pages for the pages you move so people would be redirected to the new location...but this is only true if you make NEW folders and move the files....if the folders already exist, changing them to webs wouldn't change the url Of course, your domain host has to support subwebs for this to work, so you would have to check with them...not all hosts support subwebs.
