Yeah, Clint, right you are.  Actually "Intel IIIE"  and it does seem
to be related to the power system, but not hardware as nearly as I can
tell.  I fiddled the Power Management Settings after looking over the
MSKB (again! because I did not go into it enough the first time) and
MS suggested maybe an incompatible setting in the Power Management
System.  I also reset the PCI-IRQ steering in the Devices.  Anyway, it
seems to be exorcised for the moment.

Thanks. I am hoping it is not the PS.  We will see.
