Yes, Pop-upStopper is a winner.  I'd go nuts without it.  But Ann, the
quantity of popups that you described in your first message makes me
suspect that they are being generated by something that is planted right
on your computer.  I would suggest you download Spybot S&D from
http://security.kolla.de/ , run it frequently, and keep it updated.  If
you haven't used one of these spyware detectors, you may be shocked at
what it will find on your machine.
