Ahoy there, Linda... I'm sure your suggestion was in jest. If I had to do all that ZoneAlarm suggests for uninstalling their program (as outlined so neatly in their 850 words of instructions; actually much much more due to the way paths are spelled out) ... I'd just backup all my important files, and reinstall the entire system.
I'm not going to repeat their steps here; I'm sure we all were overwhelmed with them and we'll keep them neatly tucked away in PCWorks' archives ...
