All right, following your instructions, let's see how this looks. I click Reply, copied the original subject and placed it in the subject line *keeping* the Re there (although in this case the response has nothing to do with the original subject), removed all material above your posting (I've decided that where the reply goes, above or below the original posting, depends upon both the size and the particular context; I don't think there is a hard and fast rule to that). And then I removed all material below your posting, and typed in my response ... let's see how it looks. I hope it doesn't (that's the part I dislike most) have the text scattered all over the window; I think you know what I mean. Regarding the original subject vs this new subject and what should be in the subject line, I think I was following your instructions too literally.
