I have a five year old Pentium II 333 MHz computer running Windows 98 SE and wanted to upgrade the BIOS. The BIOS is an Award V4.51PGM dated 01/13/98. I was given a price of $69.95 for the latest upgrade. Is it normal for a BIOS upgrade to be so expensive? I expected it to be a free download.
