I realize that I fat fingered when I gave the name of the file.� In the search 
recommendation, I did have the plural.� Check the
dates of each file.� I think that you may find that the one in the Application Data 
folder may be older.� Which ever, I would
select the larger as the primary and then save a copy of the smaller as either 'copy 
of ......." or rules2.dat so that you don't
loose it just in case.� I know that in windows XP, there is more information stored in 
the applications folder than in the
Netscape folder.� As for the duplication in Windows 98, I'm not sure, but windows 
seems to be paranoid and backs things up all
over the place.� It isn't too long after an installation that the windows folder will 
double in size just due to backups.
