I found (by accident) that with ZA (free) if I didn't have the access defined for my 
router, I could not get out to the net. As
for the IP of the computer itself, usually, its an auto define and would be difficult 
to stop.� If it were defined, you may be
able to block it, but usually thats not the desired action, but instead to get out to 
the net.
