I have a friend with win XP Home and they got the Buffer RPC bug which shuts you down giving you 30 seconds or so. After installing the patch for that which is KB823980-x86-ENU. Norton came up with a worm bug that it could not do anything about and the message remains on the screen. Is there another fix for this? I seem to remember it being called W32worm.worm or something like that. It resides in C\windows\system32\w32worm.worm. I can not find it but Norton can.
