Have you turned off the system restore feature. If not, its very likely that
there is a copy in one of the restore points. You need to turn off the restore
feature, reboot to get rid of all the history and then run the AVG again. Now,
if its clean, you can turn on the system restore and set a new restore point
that is clean.
