Hi Cindy. I'm in NY.. Actually, live on Long Island... For now..(at least). I'm giving Dell another chance to make this "right'.. Airborne just left.(came and picked up the old monitor).. and we were talking. and he said,, Dell,, was GREAT until about 3 months ago.. and for some reason.. he doesnt' know why.. but he's had ALOT of pickups.. people returning systems. and getting new ones - replacements etc..
He said, he has no idea why.. but it's been about 3 months of this.. Strange..Hmmm.. Wonder whats going on. (and why I have to be a part of it.. LOL).. I spent on this computer.. just under 2200.00 (but with rebates. it'll be just a tad over 2000.00.. So I didnt' buy a cheap computer.. but I know - there are more expensive systems out there too. Right now.. like I said, I'm going to give them "another try".. I just tracked my package(the tower) and it's scheduled for delivery on Monday.. before 3 pm.. So - lets hope.. I have it. and have NO MORE PROBLEMS.. <SMILE> Thanks so much for inquiring about systems for me..(I HOPE ---- I dont' have to take you up on it. and have to return this one. and have one built)..
