Subject: PCWorks: Hidden Partition

Some time ago I had a query on the list regarding hidden partitions.
The problem was that another computer that came with
the ME OS was customised by the maker so that the user was unable to install
any OS other than that supplied by the maker.
THe info I had was that the maker info was in a hidden partition.
One reply to the query was about a prog that would delete hidden partitions.
Can anyone remember or advise again what the prog is.
Also if I tried to install XP on the computer would that enable me to delete
the hidden partition or the fact that it is hidden would it show up.
THanks
John

Salaam
Have you ever used "Ranish Partition Manager" at www.ranish.com ???
By Ranish ( part243beta.exe ) use can hide and unhide your partitions .
This can help you to hide your sensitive files on a partition whenever you
want to connect to internet . It can make a Bootable-Disk .
then run your PC with it , and choose a Partition by arrow keys , then CLICK on
H-Key to hide it .
