grc.com has a file ( DCOMbob.exe ) that can disable the RPC in Windows . On the other hand , the www.BlackViper.com says that we can not Disable the RPC ,because it is Critical for windows OS, and after disabling RPC , our OS will not BOOT .
Can you please tell me what thay mean?
