Clint, Sorry about the comment but, unfortunately, you just happen to pick the words that seem to send across that message with using all caps - I just could not tell unfortunately. One reason I very seldom use emphasis myself anymore, since it is so difficult to tell what someone is trying to convey in a plain text email these days. Even the icons, such as :-), can end up having double meaning I found out some time ago.
And HTML does not always solve the problem either, since it can come across the same way as using caps in plain text.
