Delete them all. A list this size is quite normal if you've never done this before. There's a restore feature, in any case. And run the Immunize feature for added protection.
Then install AdAware from www.lavasoftusa.com and see what Spybot missed. Keep these two progs updated and run them regularly. To keep the nasties from being planted on your machine in the first place, go to www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html and install SpywareBlaster (and keep it updated too). There are all sorts of others, but these three are basic. And they won't clash with one another.
