Hi all Can anyone suggest an image viewer that would allow me to rotate pictures at increments of less than 90 degrees?
I've used IrfanView for years, and it lets you rotate pictures clockwise or counter-clockwise, but only 90 degrees at a time. I want to do some fine tuning but I don't know if such a program exists.
