Paint Shop Pro 7 lets you do that and so much more (it is not just an image viewer) . Besides that, it has a user friendly interface, it is quite easy to learn, much easier than Photoshop. Acdsee is the best image VIEWER and doubles as a very fine file manager, but it has very limited editing capabilities. you make your choice cheers Jorge

Hi all
Can anyone suggest an image viewer that would allow me to rotate pictures at increments of less than 90 degrees?
I've used IrfanView for years, and it lets you rotate pictures clockwise or counter-clockwise, but only 90 degrees at a time. I want to do some fine tuning but I don't know if such a program exists.
TIA John
