Hi everyone who tried to help. Sorry I didn't get back sooner but had a
problem with my own computer and no time to solve it!!
It turned out that someone at the office had tried to install a Norton
firewall on three of the computers without informing anyone. Although he
then tried to remove it he didn't do it properly
and it left parts which blocked their access to the network.
Once I'd removed the traces it all worked.

Thanks again for all the help, it made me go back over each computer's
settings and I eventually found the problem.

Bram
