Because I have neither the time nor inclination to
go to the websites mentioned by Babs, I will offer
a guess as to what might be causing the automatic
computer startup.  
You did not say whether this happens every night or
only once in a while. You also did not
say whether your computer is connected
via an uninterruptable power source. If it is not,
then, during the night the power to the
computer might be turned off, even momentarily.
The computer might then turn itself on with the return of
power.  The computer could also turn itself on if there
is a spike in the line voltage during the night. 

You might try turning the computer off, removing
the line plug from the wall socket and after a while plugging
it back in. Does the computer start running by itself?
If it does you might consider getting an uninterruptable
power source if you do not have one.
