The full eTrust suite contains the pro version of Zone Alarm
(colored compatibly to match eTrust).  Those who aren't
interested in a full ZA, could purchase eTrust and go for
the free (light) version of Zone Alarm.

I am not sure had you attempted to open the email that AVG
would have allowed you to do so.  I didn't go for AVG
because I use K9 for spam control and I wasn't willing to
diddle any more with mail settings.  I am currently using
the free eTrust (free for a year) offered by Microsoft and
eTrust.  Google it.
