Jeff, are you opening the folder through My Computer or windows explorer? If so then the program is working fine.

I was using AVG, but recently have switched to NOD32 from Eset http://www.esetsoftware.com/home/home.htm.

It is so much faster than AVG or Norton (which I used before AVG) and has a smaller footprint than both. the program itself has a 30 day trial and it does cost $39.00 and there is a 27.00 annual license fee as well.

Based on the approval of members of this list, I downloaded and installed AVG. Much to my disappointment,
the email scanning does not prevent me from getting infections.
After I delete the infected email, if I go to the deleted folder the AV pops up that there is infection in
there. I shied away from Norton when I restored my laptop in hopes of a speedier system.
Any advice?
Thanks.
Jeff
