(Name?) you're not giving enough info.  What's the camera
brand?  What's the software brand?  I think the first logical
course of action would be to contact the camera and software
manufacturer.  However, all you have to do is paste that line
"incompatible version of the rpc" into any search engine and it
will tell you what's going on.
