Hi Babs,

I clicked the direct link to my images folder and sure enough, I can see all
that I have in there, plus I can see each image perfectly... does the server
recognise my isp address as being an authorised user?

I really don't think it's a good thing that my images folder is "open" for
anyone to access and download any of the images that I've created. Do you
have any suggestions as to why it's easily accessible if the full path is
typed into the browser?

I honestly thought I'd set my site up so that those images that I have for
download are easily downloaded from the webpage on which they appear. This
has just disconcerted me incredibly. Does it mean my website is now able to
be changed without my knowledge?

Oh, css is easy... far easier than all these embedded and inline style
setups... only one page to tweak, and not all the individual webpages... one
after the other... after the other... after the other... lol

hugs,
Lynne ... :)

Well, I can download your css file fine, it looks OK but I'm not a css
person (gotta make myself learn though)...

I can view your HD_images folder in all browsers:
  http://honeybeedesigns.sanctuaryparkgrounds.com/HD_images/
but I can't view the images in all browsers, I get a "the publisher of this
page has not authorized you to use it" error...
It may be as someone else said - you need to put an index.html page into all
folders... I do know that for some servers they will
not allow viewing of folders if they do not have an index.html page in them,
that may be the case for you... Try putting in a blank
index.html folder in there and see if it works...
