Hi Liz, If you will go to the SpyBot program shortcut folder, there is an uninstall shortcut. Or you can go to the folder on the HD. On mine it is at "Program Files\SpyBot - Search & Destroy" you will find a file "unins00.exe" Either one will uninstall the program.
