Do you have an icon in the System Tray for the firewall? If so, just
double-click or right click it to open and it should have an "enable all" or
"block none" or something like that. Or, just disable it by exiting it (this
won't work of course if it's set to block all traffic when it's not loaded,
so you'd have to change that option too). If there is no icon, then you're
going to have to ask Verizon. (What is your name?)

disable the firewall so I could download some songs, they stated there are
many
types of firewalls and they don't deal with them.Does anyone know how to do
this
