Doesn't matter whether you deleted it and some malware did, it will look the
same.

Ok, that's the thumbnail view. You can change that under......what else,
"view" in the toolbar. :-) Until you click "refresh" in a folder or change
the layout view, in the thumbnail view it will usually remain the same (empty
space) when something is deleted. Did you check your recycle bin for the
missing folder? (You're doing something to your emails where one can't tell
what I typed and what you typed).

I don't hsave a clue. He waas here monday and did some techie voodoo
on the beast for almost an hour and it's still screwed up.

I don't understand how you can have a "white space" where a folder once
was.

    I haven't a clue.

If you > delete a folder there's not going to be any gap where it was.

Yes, but I didn't delete it. The virus/worm/whatever did.

What kind of folder view layout are you using, thumbnails? I think for
thumbnail view
> there might be a gap.

Again, I haven't a clue what it's called, each folder looks like a
little manilla folder with a name under it and each one is about an inch
square.
