Hi Harold, you have compatibility mode backwards. What you are doing is
telling WinXP to emulate another operating system, e.g. Win95, Win98, when
running a particular application. So you want WinXP to act like Win95 when
you run Notepad+. That's why there is no option for WinXP. You are already
