btw, the iemmatrix object has a [mtx_*~] object (aka [matrix~]) which does linear interpolation of many signals. your code probably would share most (if not all) of that object's functionality, so you might as well look at it. while being there, please note that iemmatrix has used the "mtx" prefix for it's symbols for ages. to avoid nameclashes, please declare all the symbols as *static*, unless you explicitely need to export them (which is really only the "setup" function).
